Dr. Nagaraj G Cholli, REGISTRAR (Administration), Mandya University mandya, is a multi-faceted and a positive personality focused on creating progressive and collaborative professional environments. He comes with a rich work experience, nearly of two decades in dynamic, multi-cultural environments.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technical University and as a GATE Scholar with 99.35%le entered Master’s Degree programme at IIT-Roorkee & completed M.Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering stream. He holds a Doctorate in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technical University and fascinated towards completing his courtesy Post Doctoral Fellowship from Florida International University, Miami, United States. His research interests include Software Engineering, Computer Networks, Data Mining, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, AI & ML, AR & VR.
He started his career as Software Engineer and worked in many renowned, United State and Singapore based MNC’s. Captivated towards teaching and research, He joined as a faculty and has served for more than a decade in one of India’s leading technical institution at Bengaluru.
He has published more than 100 research papers in National and International Journals/Conferences. He is also involved in various research and consultancy activities, which intern generated Millions of Rupees for the organization. He also has more than six Indian / International patents (Filed/Granted) under his name.
He also continues to guide Post Graduate and Doctoral students in Computer Science & Engineering domain. He has guided more than 26 Post Graduate students and 4 Ph.D. students.
He is also Lifetime member in Computer Society of India, Indian Society for Technical Education, The Institute of Research Engineers and Doctors, International Association of Engineers, Science and Engineering Institute, Senior Member in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers He is an Educational Consultant for Innovative Scientific Research professional, Malaysia. He is a FELLOW at Society of Professional Engineers (SPE) India and Scientific research Professional at the society of innovative educationalist, Malaysia. He is also Academic Advisory Committee Member, at Florida International University, University Graduate School, Miami, USA.
He was felicitated as a “Best Senior Faculty Award” a National faculty Award 2021-2022 by Novel Research Academy, Puducherry, India.
He was recognised by for his Special work a National Flagship event at Eu-Reka 2021, Eu-Reka 2022 by IEEE PUNE SECTION.
He has designed courses on “e-Office Practices” (National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)) and “DIGITAL FORENSICS” (Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Madhya Pradesh), and also designed manuals for Judges “On Cyber Law and Forensics”, National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He is a member of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) for J.S.S. Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore, Board of Examination (Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore), Board of Examination (Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore), Governing Body member at Sri Krishna Institute of Technology (SKIT), Bangalore.
